When attempting to use SWO Trace for a CC2538SF32 connected with a XDS110, CCS 6 and CCS 7 report the error "The specified breakpoint type "Trace" does not exist on this target" when try and use the Hardware Trace Analyzer.
In looking at the CC2538 datasheet SWRS096D and Users' Guide SWRU319C there are some mentions of SWO trace. However, there is no description of how to route the SWO trace Serial Wire Viewer (SWV) to a device pin. Am I correcting in thinking that the CC2538 doesn't allow the routing of the SWV to a device pin and therefore doesn't allow the use of SWO trace?
[Whereas for a CC2560 CCS does support SWO trace and the CC2560 TRM describes how to route the SWV to a device pin by using the IOC]
