CC2530: CC2530 Source mac_scan.c

Customer was granted access to the ZigBee stack source code last year for version 1.2.2.  It turns out the file customer needs access to “mac_scan.c” is not in the distribution.  Customer just downloaded 3.0.0 and the latest TIMAC and do not find "mac_scan.c" in either of those.  Customer needs it within the context of 1.2.2 anyway.

Can we revisit how we can get access to this file?
