We are implementing a mesh network of coordinator (Linux system with cc2538ZNP dongle) and 100 routers (cc2538 devices). We are using z-stack mesh 1.0.0. We have enabled the configurations for 400 nodes specified by TI using Many to one routing (www.ti.com/.../swra427c.pdf). In our project some messages from coordinator is sending as broadcast. Initially we have tested with one router and coordinator. When we sniffed the packet on air using ubiqua packet analyser, we found that the message broadcasted from coordinator is rebroadcasted several times between the router and coordinator. Our expectation is only one rebroadcast from router on reception of the initial message from coordinator. But here coordinator and router is broadcasting it again and again alternatively between them for some duration. Why is this happening? Is this related to any wrong parameter settings in coordinator or router ? Or have I missed any settings to handle broadcast messages. ?
