CC2538EMK: CC2538 COMMUNICATION BETWEEN COORDINATOR AND ROUTER

HELLO,

1. As per this link  http://sunmaysky.blogspot.in/search/label/ZTool. i have managed to

setup both cc2538em boards as coordinator and router and 

i am able to see following messages on Router side Ztool.

Status: SUCCESS (0x0) and IEEE address of ROUTER

but my short address its showing as below
ShortAddress: 0x0000

Device  state it showing as DEV_ROUTER(0x07)

DeviceType: COORDINATOR, ROUTER, END_DEVICE (0x7)
DeviceState: DEV_ROUTER (0x7)

2. On Ztool of coordinator, we are not able to see ZDO_END_DEVICE_ANNCE_IND when router joins coordinator.

Note : 1. i have repeated the steps many times but the result was same.

            2. I am not using SmartRF06EB.
