CC2538EMK: CC2538 csstom design range issue

Hi,

We are working on CC2538 chip with ZigBeeHA 3.0. We have made a custom board with reference design CC2538EM Reference Design part no. CC2538EM-RD.

Custom design module is perfectly, but we are not getting RF range as like CC2538 EM board. Our range is in few meters(10m LOS). 

We have a conclusion like there are no flaws in software, but with the hardware.

I just want to know that, can you please provide a hardware support for the custom module, I am ready to share the design.

    Akshat Saraf,

    Have you performed basic RF tests on your custom hardware. I recommend performing TX (output power (0.5dB resolution) and frequency accuracy (10KHz resolution) and then also look at RX sensitivity (1dB resolution)
