RTOS/LAUNCHXL-CC2650: cc2650

CC2650 can only act as Zigbee end device in SOC mode due to its not enough flash size. You still have to run LAUNCHXL-CC2650 as ZNP and need an extra MCU to act as ZAP (like ZTool) if you want to run Zigbee coordinaotr/router using LAUNCHXL-CC2650.

can you tell me wich MCU is compatible with cc2650 ? and how to proced to make this MCU as ZAP?

in this link git.ti.com/.../znp-host-framework all applications are about cc2538EM, i think that is not compatible with cc2650 Launchpad

It's basically the same and workable for LAUNCHXL-CC2650.

Hex files are for cc2538 , and there is not source code to modify or anything.

If you need ZNP hex files for CC2650, you can find them under C:\ti\simplelink\zstack_home_1_02_02a_44539\Projects\zstack\ZAP\ZNP-HexFiles\CC26xx. By the way, you can also find ZAP examples for MSP430EXP5438 under C:\ti\simplelink\zstack_home_1_02_02a_44539\Projects\zstack\ZAP

i try to make ZNP host framwork under linux machine with hex files for cc2650 and i obtain this error:
rpcProcess: No valid start of frame found [e0:1]

If you intend to build ZNP host on Linux, why don't you use Z-Stack Linux GW reference design?

Z-stack linux gateway will runing on any linux machine (for example ubuntu 16.4 on my PC)?

I see you run linux gw directly in \Z-Stack_Linux_Gateway-1.0.1-src\... folder. Do you follow chapter 6 in Z-Stack Linux Gateway User Guide BeagleBone Addendum.pdf to untar z-stack_linux_gateway_x86_binaries.tar and run linux gw on your Ununtu?

cc2531_GW_ZNP.hex will not run on CC2650LaunchPad, which file can replace it?

Try to use znp_coordinator_pro_secure_linkkeyjoin.hex under C:\ti\simplelink\zstack_home_1_02_02a_44539\Projects\zstack\ZAP\ZNP-HexFiles\CC26xx in Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a.
