Firstly I need to complete disable all the Evaluation Board.

Then I Need to define SPI communication, Five GPIO as Input (Preferably Interrupt), One GPIO for Resetting the Network Configuration and One GPIO for LED Indication of Network Status.

You can clone a copy of hal_board_cfg.h and revise on this directly. Remove unused part and add SPI/GPIO in it.
