CC2530: Multiple ED on same coordinator

I had connected 20 SampleLight like end device and don't have problem.

How is this so? Why wouldn't they interfere?

If you don't have concern about power consumption of device, you can set it as RX_ALWAYS_ON device to test again.

I do concern about power consumption.

Did your end devices have RX always on or off?

I have tested with RX_ALWAYS_ON and polling device. All works fine. How many devices do you connected to coordinator and what's the polling rate setting?

I plan to have 30 devices connected, but currently I have 2. My polling rate is 1000.

If you only have two devices, I don't think they should have problem. Can you attach your sniffer log?

Currently I don't have any significant interference problems between the 2 devices, but I wanted to know if I had 30 or more devices, how could I resolve possible interference problems between the devices? Does SampleLight have a way to cope with this?

Zigbee uses DSSS and CSMA/CA so I don't think 30 end device would cause issue. We always have a hundred or more of end devices polling in the same channel in my office and I seldom see interference problem.
