On TI website information about phy and mac layer is not clear for cc1350.

i just want to know that is it possible to implement 6Lowpan on cc1350?

in the above link the 6lowpan is implemented with sub1 Ghz,

is it possible to implement 6Lowpan with 2.4ghz on cc1350?

No, CC1350 doesn't support Contiki 2.4G 6LOWPAN.
