CC2530: how many node can be connected stablely when use cc2530 as coordinator?

This depends on how many flash used by your application so I suggest you to change NWK_MAX_DEVICE_LIST define to check this by yourself.

Personally, I don't use CC2538 as coordinator. When I use CC2530, I had tried to connect 160 ZRs/ZEDs to the same network without problem.

Since there is no MAC ack in your sniffer log, I think that is device does MAC retry and you see the MAC Seq is not in order.
