CC2530: Devices does TX/RX for 10 ms

If the channel is noisy and detected by CC2530, the RX will be longer than normal.

How could I make TX/RX set only for 1.5 ms and not dependent on how noisy the channel is detected?

You can't. Z-Stack implements CSMA/CA in kernel library and application cannot change or disable it.

How could I test channel interference with the CC2530? The CC2530 currently connects to channel 15.

You can use sniffer to check if there is lots of signals on channel 15. If it actually has channel interferences, I suggest you to move the test to another cleaner channel.

It appears that there are no other signals on channel 15 besides mine because when I remove power from my device and the coordinator, no packets are shown on Ubiqua anymore. So what may cause this problem?

Maybe there are WiFi or BT which also on 2.4G.

Yes there is, but they don't show up on channel 15 according to Ubiqua.

Ubiqua won't display WiFi signal. You should use WiFi sniffer to check it.

They are under Your Z-Stack Installation folder\Projects\zstack\Libraries.

How is CSMA/CA implemented in the code?

As I replied in previous post, TI doesn't provide the source code of CSMA/CA implementation which is in library and not available for application programmer.

If I delete the CSMA/CA libraries, what would happen?

There is no way to delete it.

What is the normal amount of time that the CC2530 should be doing TX/RX?

When CC2530 does polling, it starts with RX for CSMA/CA (this usually takes about 240us to 10ms which depends on if there is interference), follow with TX (about 600us) and another RX (600us).
