im looking for CC2630 ZigBee SmokeDetector profile.

Is there any IAR Project example?

TI only provides smoke detector example for CC253x which you can find information at processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Fire_Alarm_System . I suppose you can refer to the example and do it on CC2630 accordingly.

Is exist a real implementation of Smoke detector (with ZigBee) based on CC26xx-family? To be sure that CC2630 has enough Flash/RAM memory to run this application.

I had implemented some IAS zone end devices using CC2630 but none of them are smoke detector. However, it should be no problem to do it with CC2630.
