Climax switch missing from parent neighbour list

Parent switch(running TI samplelight firmware)(Router):
Module: TI CC2530
IEEE Address: 00124B000440541F
Network Address: 82E9

Initial test, Climax switch(00124B00061A7ED5) is a child of our switch(00124B000440541F).
It run well until after a day, Climax switch stop working.
All data request from Climax switch did not getting any acknowledgement.
Inside Parent switch neighbour list, there is no Climax Switch(9354). It is missing.

Any idea what happen? Ubiqua log as per attached.

I see the Climax device is still doing polling on packet #15249 and get MAC ack from router 0x82E9. But the polling on #15275 gets no MAC ack from router 0x82E9 and your log ends. What do you mean it stop working?

Since the device is doing polling, you should check router that sends command on/off to that Climax switch. Make sure the command is send successfully first.

When send command on/off to that Climax switch, it will not response. Send Identify command also failed. Any command send to Climax switch will failed.

When you send commands, is end device still doing polling and get MAC ack from its parent node?
