Implementing end device using Z stack on CC2531 dongal

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We are working with CC2531 dongal and we are trying to implement Z stack on this module. We were successful in implementing coordinator functionality using CC2531 module.

Now, we want to CC2531 module to act as an end device utilizing the Z stack. Is there any support provided for the same?

Hi,

What Z-Stack version are you using? Z-Stack 3.0.1 comes with a GenericApp sample project that supports the CC2531 dongle hardware in all three Zigbee device configurations (coordinator, router, end device).

There's no dedicated example for CC2531 but all examples in Z-Stack for CC2530 can be run on CC2531. All you have to do is to map button and LED pins correctly.

@Jason, it's good catch. I don't even know there is GenericApp in Z-Stack 3.0.1 for CC2531. Thanks for the information.
