Hello,

I am working on cc2538-cc2592emk with smartrf06 board.

I have uploaded cc2538znp with SBL.hex on cc2538-cc2592emk. and connected it to smartrf06 board.

I want to setup basic ZigBee network with the help of z-tool.

But when I connect smartrf06 board to pc then ,z-tool does not detect the device. if I do scan device operation in z-tool, it shows no device found.

please guide me how to proceed.

Try to disable "HAL_UART=TRUE" by add a "x" like "xHAL_UART=TRUE"

I find this issue can be fixed by using "FAKE_CRC_SHDW" to replace "MAKE_CRC_SHDW" and disable "HAL_UART=TRUE" in compile options.

I think there is something wrong with HAL_PA_LNA_CC2592 define. You have to add the following red lines in hal_board_cfg.h to make it work.

Do you set baudrate to 115200 and Handshake to None?

Do you use ZTool in Z-Stack 3.0.1 folder? I test this hex file and it works fine on my CC2538-CC2592EMK.

Run out of idea. Try to use ZNP Debug project to test and debug it.

is there any other settings required apart from com port setting in z-tool.

in help of z-tool ,step are mentioned for using z-tool.In that one step is mentioned below -

"Open Settings and set running environment and preferences."

here what are the parameters to be set ?

As I replied, everything looks correct and set according to your screenshots. I suggest you to trace and debug it with ZNP debug project.
