Hi,

In our custom design we are trying to use same chip (i.e., M25PE20-VMN6TP TR) which is used in reference design for flash, but due to unavailability of the particular part we are not able to proceed further. Can anyone suggest equivalent part to proceed our testing.

Boards are fabricated already so the suggested chip should be pin compatible.

    you can look at MX25R8035FZUIL0, this is what we use on the CC1310 Launchpad's.
    I am not sure however if this is going to be pin compatible.
    Also other option would be talking to micron for recommendation, not sure if you have already tried that or not.
