CC2531: CC2531 external OSC ISSUE RELATED SETTING

I received a issue about CC2531 osc failure, some time external crystal (32MHz)might be stop. We think it about some noise.

We tried many way to debug.

We found if we use while (!(SLEEPSTA & 0x20)), will more unstable. Change to while (!(SLEEPSTA & 0x40)) will be more better, and few failure was happened.

How this setting is related OSC work? and if any optimization is usually can been used?

I found this SLEEPSTA in USER GUIDE(SWRU191F) as:

It shown bit 6:5 is RESERVED.

Can we find any material about this description be more clearly?
