hello dear

Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a.44539

i want to make Hex file , but when i make it, File size is very larg

for example i make SampleSwitch.hex , file size = 504KB !!!!!!

i confused

i use IAR 8051 Ver : 10.10.1

Hex file is not binary format so it’s nothing wrong to see that file size.

Mr Chen
when i want to program CC2530F256 in SmartRF Flash programming , i see following message :
CC2530-ID2464: Hex file content at address 0x3684B exceeds chip's 32 kB flash size

i can reed from Flash and i can read IEEE Address and I can Erase Flash
also i can not write 600KB Hex file into flash

when i read from flash and save in recovery.hex file , i can write recovery.hex file into flash , becuase it is 90KB
can you help me ?!

You suppose to use IAR EW8051 9.10.1 instead of 10.10.1 to build examples in Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a.
