CC2530: Having problems with flashing

Hi all,

I'm a total newbie in ZigBee so my questions may be simple...

I have two CC2530 but not the right tools to flash them. I have this CHDTECH which uses CH340G to connect to USB.

When I try to use IAR to flash it, it doesn't show my device at all. Which software should I use to flash the CC2530 since I don't use SmartRF05EB .

Hi Kujtim,

You need to use either SmartRF05EB or CCDebugger.

Hi Fredrik,

I use this kit : www.ebay.com/.../401287001031

So I thought I wouldn't need any extra device to flash them. Could you please check it if it works with SmartRF05EB or CCDebugger?

That is not a TI kit. I have no information about what is included or not.

As I know, you still need CC Debugger to program or debug that kit.

One last question : I use Windows 10, so is this gonna work in Windows 10 ? If no, or you're not sure, can you please propose a debugger for me ?

I have no problem to use CC Debugger on my Windows 10 desktop.
