Hi,

I am trying to use cc2538 as zigbee gateway with zigbee_linux_gateway_installer z-stack.

How can i build a firmware for cc2538 and which stack is to be used to build firmware on linux host system.

Please guide me for building stack for cc2538.

Z-Stack Linux Home GW are supposed to run on a Linux Host like BBB, Raspberry Pi or Linux. What HOST Platform do you use?

Linux Ubuntu on x86 architecture.
Hardware module: CC2538DK(SmartRF06+CC2538EM).

For GW part, you can refer to sunmaysky.blogspot.tw/.../build-ti-z-stack-linux-home-gateway.html . For CC2538DK, you can build CC2538 ZNP example with ENABLE_MT_SYS_RESET_SHUTDOWN enable in project compile options.

You can use Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a to build ZNP FW for CC2538. You have to use IAR EWARM to build the FW on Windows desktop.

There’s no dedicated document to show that. You can refer to Z-Stack Home Sample Application User’s Guide.pdf and do it accordingly.

You can use SampleLight and SampleSwitch.

You can run SampleLight on one CC2538DK as coordinator and another CC2538DK running SampleSwitch as end device.
