Part Number: CC2650

I am working on some stuffs related 6Lowpan for IoT projects, I am using CC2650 Launchpad I have gone through many some steps but couldn't complete
Actually, I am following steps to build and run the code from "embedded-funk.net/.../", I had installed all the softwares from
"Cygwin",- cygwin.com/install.html
"Contiki-2.7", - https://sourceforge.net/projects/contiki/files/Contiki/Contiki%202.7/ (***23MB***)
"flash programmer",- www.ti.com/.../flash-programmer
"GNU tools Arm embedded"
after thatI gave specific path but when I try to build the example code using "make BOARD=launchpad/cc2650"
I am getting an error as :
../../Makefile.include:113: *** The target platform "launchapad/cc2650" does not exist (maybe it was misspelled?). Stop.
and In my contiki-2.7 ---> cpu path I didn't had any folder or program files related to cc2650 so please help me out to solve this problem
