why the cc2650 5X5 RD end device sending rejoin request after long time?

You can see in attached sniffer log.

if you observe the log... ed is sending beacon request from start to till line no. 183 ...then it is sending rejoin request at line 185...after long time from the start.
why it is not sending rejoin request immediately after beacon response..
