If I remember correctly, you can copy prebuilt binary to Cygwin bin folder to make it work.

I built contkiki example program that is cc26xx in cygwin and generated "cc26xx-demo.bin" file so how do I test by flashing that program into a cc2650

You can use Flash Programmer 2 to download binary into CC2650.

Similar to the problem been faced for srec_cat command not found
I was buildng ping6 program so there I got error as "sdcc command " not found please give me if there any .exe file to include into cugwin bin file

SDCC is 8051 Compiler and I don’t see the reason why you need it when building binary for CC2650.

when I tried to build the program I got the error as

using saved target 'cc2530dk'

ok what modifications need to be done in the "udp-client" and "udp-server" program
like where to give device ip adress to send or recieve message

The example demonstrates broadcasting messages from UDP client to server. No IP address assigned.

which example code should I use to make a node so that it should transmit as well as recieve the data

I am planning to send my data to the internet so I am using udp-client example program to send data to the border router

then what is the next procedure?
