Hi all,

I use CC1310 LaunchPad all as RF module and Sensor Node.

The system setup is as follow:

Contiki node: CC1310 LaunchPad running cc26xx-web-demo

Border router: CC1310 LaunchPad + Raspberry with running 6lbr

And now i would like to know that how do i send a command from node to 6lbr? and send command from node to node?

Can you help me?

net-uart of cc26xx-web-demo shows you this capability. You can refer to Network UART (net-uart) section in github.com/.../cc26xx-web-demo

Thank you for your reply.

As follow the link, I've built CC26xx-web-demo again and flash it with Flash programer 2.

My both CC1310 are plug to my PC via USB.

But i cannot sent a command from CC1310-1 to CC1310-2 as a picture attached.

Im stuck at this step. Can you help me?

Do you setup 6lbr to make your two CC1310 running cc26xx-web-demo to join 6lbr edge router first?

But i just have 2 CC1310-Launchpad. If im running 6lbr i have to use 1 CC1310 work as slip-radio.

So i just have 1 CC1310 left. Can i communication between them?

You always need 6lbr edge router when you run cc26xx-web-demo example.

Yea okay i see.

But how do i can send a command from my CC1310(run CC26xx-web-demo) to my 6lbr? Because i just have 2 CC1310-XL.

Can i send it via net-uart?

Try the following red lines in github.com/.../cc26xx-web-demo

This example only makes sense if you are using the Srf or if you have taken the sensortag out of its case and you have it connected over JTAG to the Srf.

The net-uart does two things:

When you type a string to the UART console, the string will be sent verbatim to a remote UDP port 7777 listener. This can be for example a netcat listener on a linux or OS X PC: nc -6ulkw 1 7777
The net-uart also listens to UDP port 7777 and when it receives a string over UDP, it will print it verbatim over UART.

The example will initially send packets to a hard-coded IPv6 address. This can be changed very easily by entering a different IPv6 address to the console. Thus, when the serial input string is an IPv6 address, it will not be sent as any other string would, but instead it will configure the example to send to a different remote address. This new IPv6 address is not persistent across device reboots.

Please help me 1 more question that, My Raspi3 and my pc are both connect to Wifi. I just can access [bbbb::100] from my Raspi3.

I know that if I want access [bbbb::100] from my PC, I have to connect all my Raspi and my PC to Ipv6 router.

But can I access [bbbb::100] via wifi?

Hi Yikai,

As follow the guide, i can Trans/Recv between 2 CC1310 via UART

But now my question is. How can I created mesh-network in 6loWPAN and How can i communicate between them?

(Suppose that I have 5 kit CC1310 worked as node)

If you run CC26xx-web-demo, it supports mesh by default.

Yea, but how I can communicate between them? From the Border Router to all nodes.
Because when using net-UART, i just can send data between 2 nodes(By apply the IPv6 addr). Now i want to send it to more node in 6loWPAN network.

Im running CC26xx-web-demo. You said that its self-support mesh-routing. But when i saw the node tree on 6loWPAN border router, its maybe star-network?

You can try to move 2149 out of radio coverage of BR but under radio coverage of e9be or 5c73 to test see if 2149 connects to e9be or 5c73.

Hello Sir,

I m using 3 cc1310 launchpad. one is slip radio and other two are node. and i m also running cc26xx-web-demo.but, its not supported mesh routing. when i saw 6lowpan node tree, it shows start network. when i move one node out of coverage BR, and in coverage of other node, it shows no route (NR). It is not able to switch parent. can you help me?

No, its remain on sendor list. but, gives status no route (NR). I tried this from last 15 days. Even i switch BBB to Raspberry pi 2. but, its not working. When i previously do this setup for cc2650 sensortag it works fine.

I don't have 3 LAUNCHXL-CC1310s to test mesh capability now. I suggest you to post an issue on Contiki Github to see if experts there can help you.
