I want to implement slotted CSMA/CA on Msp430f1611+CC2520 board, can I implement CSMA/CA with out using TIMAC or Z-Stack ?

Yes, this is possible. CSMA/CA is actually implemented in both SimpliciTI and Contiki and both of these stacks are open source.
