CC2531EMK: Network formation with IAS Zone Zigbee device

I would like a connect a IAS Zone device such as a window sensor( Which detects weather door is closed or not) and motion sensor to the coordinator.

I would like to know the basic steps involved in communicating with these devices from the coordinator.

My output should have a dynamic data sent by the end device on door opening or closing and or a motion detection .

The easiest way is to do binding to IAS zone cluster to make it.

The device has joined the network , a node id has been assigned to it . Does Binding the device gives us the dynamic data .
I would also like to know the steps involved in report configuration and zone enrollment.

1. What do you mean dynamic data?
2. For report configuration and zone enrollment, you can refer to ZCL spec and Zigbee HA profile spec.
