CC2650STK: Debug Interface locked with Contiki

Hello everyone

I started to programm my SensorTag with Contiki and Flash the Sensortag with RF Flash Programmer 2.

When I flash a new firmware i afterwards can't reflash the chip. I first have to do a forced mass erase.

What I have to do, that the debug Interface isn't locked after I flash the chip with the contiki firmware? Is there an option to disable the locking of the debug interface?

As I know, Contiki FW shouldn’t lock Debugger interface. Do you test with cc26xx-web-demo and do you change anything before you build binary?

I tested it with the cc26xx-web-demo know and it didn't lock the debug interface.. But I don't know what I am doing wrong in my exmple :(

I have made an own application with contiki for the sensortag. With the examples of contiki the debug interface is not locked. But with my application its locked. But I don't know why. I have copyed and modified the example project.

Okay I found the solution.. I have and other CC26XXWare version in the project.. I had to manually edit this:

#define SET_CCFG_CCFG_TAP_DAP_0_TEST_TAP_ENABLE 0xC5 // Access enabled if also enabled in FCFG
#define SET_CCFG_CCFG_TAP_DAP_0_CPU_DAP_ENABLE 0xC5 // Access enabled if also enabled in FCFG

Yes, CCFG is the root cause.
