I means what SW you run on CC2530. Is it Z-Stack or others?

In Z-Stack, a coordinator and router can have 20 device directly connected to them by default. You can increase the number but not much. If you use full power of Zigbee mesh network, it can be 400+ node in a single network which you can refer to www.ti.com/.../swra427c.pdf . If you use CC2530 for peer-to-peer communication, it can be about 50-70 meters line-of-sight distance with full TX power (4.5 dbm in Z-Stack). The data rate is 250 Kbps which is defined in 802.15.4 but it won't be this value in real case.
