TIMAC and Zstack secure communication

Hi Ti,

In our project now used TIMAC and zstack package ,and the TIMAC version is TIMAC 1.5.2.43299; the zstack version is Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a.44539;

what I want to know is that if our production need pass the security test and how can I secure the communication between END DEVICE and Coordinator in TIMAC and ZSTACK.

Is there any macro to open/close this function?

In Z-Stack, you can enable security by defining -DSECURE=1 in f8wconfig.cfg. In TIMAC, you can try to define FEATURE_MAC_SECURITY in your project compile option.

Hi YK,
Thank you for your reply, and one more question is about the zstack:
if I set the SECURE=0 in options->c/c++ compiler->Preprocessor in IAR, but in -DSECURE=1 in f8wconfig.cfg
and in this situation whether the communication is secure or non-secure?

If you set the SECURE=0 in options->c/c++ compiler->Preprocessor in IAR, it will be insecure.
