Hello,

I am using cc2650_5x5 with z-stack 1.2.2a in ZED configuration.

I want to implement OTA on that ,how should i proceed?

Is there any sample OTA application available for cc2650 end device??

There is no existing OTA example for CC2650 end device. You can only refer to OAD example in BLE Stack to do it with ZCL OTA cluster accordingly.

do we need to add extra flash memory to cc2650 or not needed??

Yes, you need external flash for OTA image storage.

We implement OTA clusters according to ZCL spec and refer to CC253x OTA implementation. For boot loader, we refer to BIM_extFlash example in BLE Stack.
