My customers are considering ZigBee at CC2650.

Does Z-Stack Home Stack(Z-STACK-HOME) correspond to end device, coordinator, router function?

Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a for CC2650 only support ZED for SOC mode. If you need coordinator and router, you have to use ZNP to implement them.

In the case of the configuration of ZNP (ZigBee Network Processor)
Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a for CC 2650 is not supported.

No, your understanding is incorrect. CC2650 supports ZNP mode.
