CC2530: End device can't join in coordinator!

Hi,

Can you please post the NWK key or do a new sniffer capture where you capture a device join procedure in the log? I cannot decrypt it.

Which example do you test and do you change anything on the source code?

I did use from GenericApp project of zstack3.0.1.

Try to erase the flash and download GenericApp to the bad one to test again.

Packet 116 and 117 are beacon frame from to different coordinators that responds to your device beacon request. I see there are two coordinators in your test environment, do you intend to use two coordinators? IF not, please leave the one you want to test and try to join the bad end device. If it still doesn't work, please provide sniffer log again.

I need two coordinator exist in my test environment .
If one ZC exist in my test environment only,issues don't exist.

Since you have two coordinator and enable permit join on both, I think end device might have trouble in joining. You should only enable permit join of one coordinator at the same time.

I think your device has joined another one coordinator and keep the related network information so it cannot join this new coordinator. You can do factory reset to your device and try to join it again.

How do you do factory reset to your device?

I have download firmware in IAR.

I select "Erase flash: in option and download firmware.

My Method is wrong?

It should be fine but the sniffer log shows not. Can you use Flash programmer to erase the flash and download the code to test again?

By the way, your coordinator doesn't enable permit join in your sniffer log. You should check this first.

I did factory reset both, End device joined to ZC.

If these issue is occure, is there way to resolve these issue itself?

Without write firmware again,by user control?

I can send command to end device or ZC by using UART.

I don't know the reason why this happens in your case so I cannot provide solution other than factory reset to your coordinator and device.

You can have two ZCs coexist but don't let them to enable permit join at the same time.

If you open two door at the same time for a guest, how do you expect him to go which door?

I want guest go to predetermined door.

You know what you want but your door doesn't know it. Ether you keep only one door open at one time or you have a manager indoor which keeps a white list and will ask guest not on the list to leave to try another door.

If not ZDO_JoinIndicationCB,which function?

From you sniffer log, I don't see your coordinator ask device to leave.

I set breakpoint in ZDO_JoinIndicationCB() and out log by using printf() but don't come in ZDO_JoinIndicationCB.

If you use original GenericApp example as ZC and ZED to set breakpoint in ZDO_JoinIndicationCB of ZC, does it hit when ZED joins ZC?
