I am looking for any document for antenna radiation pattern of CC2650MODA, is there any document available ??

Are they using RF front End with internal Bias or external bias configuration?

what is the communication range(distance ) of the module?

is it fine If we use it for zigbee?

Hi,

The antenna is listed as a WAN7020L246M03, if you would like the datasheet for this part you would need to contact the manufacturer, Onewave Electronic Co, Ltd. Also, it should be fine to use this device for Zigbee.
