CC2538: PAN ID Getting Changed after Reboot

Hi Expert,

We are facing one issue in which every time we reboot our board , Zigbee network is being created with new PAN ID. CC2538 is connected to Host CPU over UART.As per our understanding Zigbee Network should get initialized with same PAN ID unless and until we reset it using RESET_NETWORK = true flag.

Please help us.
