I am getting the neighbor table using ZDO_MgmtLqiReq, but when i disconnect a device the device is still in the neighbor table , How can i get only live devices from the neighbor table???? Is there any way???

Which Z-Stack version do you use?

If you use Z-Stack 1.2 and disconnect device, it won't be removed from association table and you will keep seeing it when get LQI response. You can test it using Z-Stack 3.0 which enable child aging and it would remove device after you disconnect device a while.

You can change NWK_END_DEV_TIMEOUT_DEFAULT to control it.
