How can i set an extended Pan Id for my network, includes coordinator router and end device???

You cannot set extended PANID for device and coordinator usually uses its MAC address as PANID. Why do you need to change it?

Extended PANID is nothing to do with security. Z-Stack already provides security according to Zigbee spec.

I would say using proprietary TC link key and random network might be best but it will make you device cannot work with other 3rd party devices that use standard TC link key.
