Yes, you can. Try to refer to steps in sunmaysky.blogspot.tw/.../setup-zigbee-ha-coordinator-with-ti.html which can also apply to CC2530.

Do you use CC2530DK? I suppose you have to donwload ZNP image into your CC2530 and connect it to your desktop.

You can find prebuilt ZNP hex files for CC2530EM under Z-Stack installation folder\Projects\zstack\ZAP\ZNP-HexFiles\CC2530
