Other Parts Discussed in Thread: Z-STACK, ,
Tool/software: Linux
Hello,
I had previously been using ZStack 1.2 and am trying to migrate to 3.0.1 however, it appears that the ZStack implementation is completely different. Protobuf messages are no longer used, the ZStack uses only one server instead of 5 (thank goodness for that), and there are no longer make files in the distributed ZStack 3.0.1 code.
So my questions are:
1) is there some kind of migration guide that has been published? This is a dramatic set of changes to throw at developers
2) Are we no longer able to build ZStack using standard tools? Do we have to use IAR now?
Any insight or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Ryan
