someone can help and touch me can test maybe why and how to determine.

thanksfor you!

  • Hi,

    Which devices are TI devices? From the log, I can only determine that 0x340C and 0x3817 are TI devices. 0x3817 is a ZED, so it won't send link status messages. 0x340C sends periodic 15s link status messages up until packet #107, then it seems that the sniffer stops capturing its packets. You can see that it is still probably sending link status messages between packet #107 and packet #312 because the NWK Sequence number is incremented 25 times between these two packets, which probably means that 24 link status messages and 1 other NWK-layer messages were sent in this time frame. (24 * 15 seconds = 6 minutes, time elapsed between packet #107 and #312 is 6:01.93)

    How far apart are these devices? Where is the sniffer located? I would check the signal integrity of these devices, it is likely that at least for 0x340C, the software is sending out the Link Status messages but they are getting lost over-the-air due to the outgoing signal strength.
  • Please specify which Z-Stack version and what example you are testing.
  • HI JasonB,

    Coordinator use cc2530+cc2591;

    other Router is use cc2530;

    These device is no more than 3 meters around where i catch log by sniffer.

    I don't know which season cause it loose some packets,just only catch the log and I can't find something from it.

    thank you for you reply.

  • Hi YK Chen,
    I use Z-stack 2.5.1.a,I didn't test it.This problem occurs in a built environment.
    Thank you.
  • Z-Stack 2.5.1a is obsolete and I suggest you to use latest Z-Stack 3.0.1 to test again.
