I need thermal resistance for the part CC2520RHDR, its not given in datasheet.

Hi Vijay,

What specifically do you need this for? Keep in mind the CC2520 is a low power device, there is almost no self-heating generated in the part.

Hi Fredrik,

We are using this part in intrinsic safe design and we need this parameter for calculating surface temperature of the component. I know its less power but it will be great if you can give me specific number (deg C/W).

You can use these values:
Theta JA: 30
Theta JC: 12
Theta JP: 2
All in C/W
