CC2530: Balun Design

Hi,

I have a project about CC2530 Hardware Design. And my problem is balun design. I used ADS tool to simulate Balun. And here is my result.

I am afraid of my result because I calculated by myself, and I see C3 and C4 value is too small. My question is, this result is OK?

For 2.4 GHz a simulation like this could be a bit inaccurate since you are not taken into account the actual layout.

Are your task to look at RX only? See processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CC26xx_Optimal_Load_Impedance on some general matching that also applies to CC2530 (with different optimal impedance)

I don't have much experience in hardware design.
Do you have some document and some guide to calculate balun and matching network on CC2530?

We provide a reference design that all customers should follow. Extract the layout of this in ADS and simulate it to see S11/ S21 for the network.

As stated in the link in the previous post we find the optimal impedance seen from the RF port and design a balun that gives this impedance and at the same time the wanted filtering to be able to pass regulations.
