Is it possible to run Z-Stack Linux Gateway on a Ubuntu Server installed on a PC, not on Beaglebone?

Is there much modification needed?

Will the Gateway run on Blackberry PI if installed the same way as Beaglebone installation instruction says?

Why Gateway download is lmarked as Archive? Is it outdated?

Yes, the Z-Stack Linux Home GW can also run on Raspberry Pi which you can refer to sunmaysky.blogspot.tw/.../how-to-do-porting-of-ti-z-stack-linux.html

Why Gateway download page is marked as Archive? Is Gateway outdated?

I suppose TI will release new version which is based on Zigbee 3.0 so Z-Stack Linux Home GW is out to archive. From spec point of view, it’s outdated but you still can use it without problem.
