CC2530: Question about cc2530 peripheral I/O Pin Mapping?

From the following picture, is it impossible for CC2530's SPI interface to be used if I use two serial ports at the same time?
Does the function of ALT mean that I can connect the pin connection to the P0 or the P1 port?

It doesn’t matter how your combinations are. It means you can only use two serial interfaces, SPI or UART. And, Yes, ALT means you can connect those pins to P0 or P1.

PERCFG.U0CFG and PERCFG.U1CFG explain the use of pins on P0 or P1 through Alternative, but which register explains the use of SPI or UART?

The SPI mode is selected when UxCSR.MODE is set to 0.
