Hello,

1) Is there any provision in z-stack so that by triggering any particular GPIO we can initiate the process of erasing the whole flash memory ?

2) If flash memory of cc2650 is locked from reading/debug, in that case, is there any other way to access the flash?

Hello Dhanraj,

This question lies outside of the Z-stack scope, you can refer to the CC26xx Driver Library API for flash commands/control: software-dl.ti.com/.../index.html

However, the application cannot erase itself. You can use the GPIO input to trigger the ROM bootloader, but here you would have to use a communication interface (UART/SPI) to erase flash, please refer to Chapter 8 of the UG: www.ti.com/.../swcu117h.pdf

is it answer for 2nd question or continued in the answer of 1st question?

1. The application cannot erase itself.
2. If the Debugger interface is locked, no other way to access flash.
