CC2538: USB support support USB 2.0 full speed test mode ?

Dear Sir

Does cc2538 USB has any API or document about supporting USB2.0 spec test mode (7.1.20) for high-speed capable function. 

Accord to the spec's description, device must be capable of sending the Test_Packet pattern (see USB 2.0 Spec 7.1.20) in order to perform the High Speed EYE diagram test. The product can be forced into test mode with the USBHSET tool for devices.

I found a discuss that ask about the same feature on cc2531 but not any useful response.
