CC2650: Connections with Amazon Echo Plus via Zigbee

Good morning!

The example i took was the SampleSwitch in the folder zstack_home_1_02_02a_44539/Projects/zstack/HomeAutomation/SampleSwitch.

As hardware i took the CC2650 Launchpad.

In the software i changed the following, so that it is an on/off light:

- inputClusters (Basic, Identify, ON_OFF, Scenes, Groups)

- According to the clusters i added the necessary mandatory attributes to the zswAttrs

- Changed the programm, so that my buttons on the launchpad triggers an Switch_KEY_Event and enters the handle_keys function

in this function i uncommented all the other buttons, so that only the part is executed, which normaly is in if(keys == KEY_RIGHT)

in this function i also adjusted ezModeData.initiator = false, because the OnOff switch is a target, not an initiator

- and in the cmdCallbacks i adjusted an processOnOffCallback function, which should be executed, when an of/off cmd comes from the Alexa

Now, when i say "Alexa, find devices" and afterwards I press one button, so that the EZ part is executed, alexa does not find my light :(

Do you see any issues? do i have to adjust anything else?

I suppose you also need to change "afSimpleDesc.AppDeviceId = ZCL_HA_DEVICEID_ON_OFF_SWITCH;" to "afSimpleDesc.AppDeviceId = ZCL_HA_DEVICEID_ON_OFF_LIGHT;"

oh sorry, I did that too. 

Is there anything else to consider? I just followed the TI user guide for that, but that does not work :(

I did the changes and Echo Plus still does not find my LaunchPad :(      I've ordered the sniffer 

Do I have to Change anything else apart from the IDs? The cluster to pair (On/Off) is the same.

Are there any adresses to adjust?

the example-software offered by TIs z-stack was made for a switch, but i want an on/off light:

and i also has to change that my on/off light is a target instead of an initiator:

and the things with the clusters, attributes and callback functions for the commands i left for the moment cause i think for pairing they are not needed.

I got the sniffer today. I tested it, i did the following:

i put my Software(sampleSwitch) onto my cc2650 launchpad, and activated EZ mode afterwards. The sniffer logged the following data:

I have to admit that i don't see anything here, but hopefully you can help me ;)

ok thank you for your hint, i will try that on Monday.

I just tried to sniff, when i switch on the Echo Plus and say: Alexa, find devices. The sniffer Shows Nothing :/

Maybe i will try an other ZigBee channel, now i only tested on 2405 MHz

I tried to sniff every channel, on channel 0x14 (channel 20) I've found communications from Alexa:

Now i can test, if my device will connect ;)
