Hi,

I am using wireless connectivity cape to build an IOT solution with Zstack application on CC2350 module. I am using Window sensor from Develco https://www.develcoproducts.com/products/sensors-and-alarms/window-sensor/

Hi Prasad,

Please go into further detail, including what Z-Stack version and application example you are using. Also state whether the window sensor is able to join the network and if the CC2530 can receive packets other than the state change. Describe the data request API, code sequence, and callbacks implemented. Provide a sniffer log with comments if possible.

Hi Ryan,

I dont have a sniffer to collect the logs for now. Window sensor is able to join the network so I think CC2350 is able to receive packets from window sensor. I wanted to know if there is any API which can receive RAW data from Window sensor that can processed.

The device endpoints must be properly bound given the correct Temperature Measurement cluster and its attributes. You can use the SampleTemperatureSensor (cluster server) and SampleThermostat (cluster client) source files as a reference and research Zigbee Clusters for more information.

Edit: In the case of raw data you most likely want to use TIMAC instead.

When a Zigbee device joins network, it would broadcast end node announcement with its short and IEEE address. You can refer to to register Device_annce callback in Z-Stack to see if device joins network. However, I still suggest using sniffer to check what happens over the air.

I am able to get the sensor join the network as shown in below image, after that I am not receiving any notifications for state change

As I know, Z-Stack Linux Home GW doesn't support IAS Zone cluster by default. You have to add it by yourself.
