Hello

When my router set PANID= 0XFFFF, and it find more than one network can join. How I known which network my device will join , and if user can control this ?

You can enable permit join on specific ZC to allow device to join it.

permit join base IEEE address ?
Normally, when i don't add more permit command, it still join to network. So If i permit join in a network and don't in other , it will join to network which i permit ?

Permit join on specific Zigbee network not IEEE address and If you enable permit join in a network and don't in other , it will join to network which you enable permit join.

example. I have two ZC A,B with PAN ID set to 0xFFFF. I have tow ZR C,D with PAN ID=0XFFFF. How can i setup for C connect to A and D connect to B.

After ZC A and B form network successfully, they should have different PANID and let's say PANID of ZC-A is 0x123A and PANID of ZC-B is 0x123B. Both ZC-A and ZC-B should disable permit join by default. Then, you can enable permit join on ZC-A which PANID is 0x123A and turn on ZR-C to join ZC-A. After ZR-C joins ZC-A, you should disable permit join on ZC-A and enable permit join on ZC-B to allow ZR-D to join in the same way.
