Hello

I use a CC2650 MCU and i communicate over ZigBee.

I built a lamp, and when i start the device, i made, that EZ mode automatically starts. Everything works fine, but now i want, that before EZ mode is started, that my device leaves the known Network. When i switch on my device it Always wants to rejoin the last Network.

I do not want to connect a Debugger every time and clear the Memory.

Is there a function i can call at the beginning, so that every known Network is forgotten?

You can use the following code to do reset.

zstack_sysResetReq_t restReq;
restReq.type = zstack_ResetTypes_DEVICE;
restReq.newNwkState = true;
(void)Zstackapi_sysResetReq(zswEntity, &restReq);

Hello Patrick,

You could send a leave request if you start up and already are in a network, or disable the NV to not remember the network to begin with.

both ideas do not work

I Always have to erase the Memory, then it Woks again.

Is their an other possibility??

When I put away the NV_RESTORE Nothing works anymore...

We have a button on our device. When user hold the button for seconds, it means user wants to do factory reset and we call those codes when this happens.

You must have a condition to trigger those code like button press.

Do you disable NV_INIT as well? Button press implementation is provided in the switch example.

Hello

I think i only disabled NV_RESTORE, i will try it on Monday!

The Problem is, that i do not have a button, i just have a sensor node, i only can switch my Hardware on/off (put the power supply away). So i start the EZ mode every time i start my Hardware.

Thank you, when i disable NV_Init and NV_RESTORE then it works ;)
