CC2530: Problem when using Z-Stack 3.0

I have used Z-Stack 3.0 for CC2530. I want to ask which event is called in Coordinator device when 1 End Device disconnect? Because I need to know from Coordinator which End Device is in network, which End Device is not. Thanks for your help!

When end device disconnect, coordinator won’t know it. There’s no such mechanism in Z-Stack.

The best you can do is use the child aging mechanism to timeout a child who is no longer polling via data requests. You have no way of immediately knowing whether an end device has disconnected unless you attempt to communicate with it and notice that it does not respond.

I see NWK_PARENT_INFO_MAC_DATA_POLL in the Child aging configuration. Is that mechanism that you mention? What should i do to enable it? And Could you tell me the name of callback funtion that is called when one ZED is detected offline?

Child aging is enable in Z-Stack 3.0 by default.

There’s no such callback in Z-Stack.
